I do not know all the sources that Zillow uses to obtain it's info, but I can tell you that not all homes end up on Zillow and certainly not all homes are HomePath homes (only Fannie Mae) so they would not be there either.? Some homes never make it to commercial sites or even the local MLS.

Some sellers list their homes on their own sites.? I will use an example:? Here in AZ several cities sell homes under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (a government funded program).? They do not use the MLS and consequently will not show up on popular sites. You must contact them directly.

Try doing some internet searches for local foreclosed homes and register with them to get info on these homes.
